Paulley Architects undertakes small-scale domestic works, such as new one-off house design, refurbishment and extension works to existing premises in London and the south east.

Our architects have many years experience working with householders and small businesses and can offer the personal touch in assisting at all stages of the design and procurement of small scale building works.

We offer full or part services including:

  • Feasibility studies - is what you are proposing reasonable and affordable, and what are the planning implications?
  • Survey work - measurement and record drawing of existing buildings.
  • Planning applications - scheme design with a view to obtaining planning permission when required  (we can advise on this matter).
  • Detailed designs and specifications - information to enable a contractor to build the proposals and/or to satisfy the Building Regulations.
  • Contract administration -tendering, inspection and administration of the building contract. We can also advise on the most appropriate type of contract for a particular project.
  • Through association with other consultants we can offer quantity surveying, structural and landscaping design advice as may be required
